1 What is your career history?
I have had a 30 career that encompassed a juggle between corporate life and raising 3 children. My background covers HR, Business, IT, Mentoring, Career coaching, Outplacement consulting, Learning and Development. A highlight of my career was being voted by my team as a Top 25 Leader in a global company a few years back.
2 What was your motivation to become a coach?
I coach people every day to help them to be better at what they do, land their dream role, crystalise their goals and achieve their potential. I love seeing people gain confidence to do what they were meant to do (and more).
3 Do you have any particular areas of coaching expertise?
My areas of expertise are: coaching to re- enter the workforce, CV and interview preparation, navigating corporate life (and parenting), building self-confidence.
4 What do you love most about coaching?
Witnessing profound changes in people and making the most from their careers.
5 How do you define success?
Having choices, making informed decisions and enjoy “being”.
6 What is your vision for women in the workplace?
To be judged on outputs, not time spent in the office. Flexible options to combine life and career.
