How Reece is making their difference this FWDay2018

When people work at Reece Group, we want to enable them to discover their best every day. We’re passionate about adapting our proposition as employee needs change. We’ve spent the last six months gathering insight from our people, and future potential candidates and it is clear that people want to work for an organisation that is open to flexibility.

Over the last six months, we’re now exploring how we can offer flexibility in the different roles and environments our people work in. We’re currently trialling different ways of working in a number of regions across Australia.

By the end of this year, we will have a guide to Flex@Reece for our managers and people. We’re clear about the business challenges we are facing into, our employee’s needs, and how flexibility can help. We’re excited to see where this work will take us, and the positive impact it can have on our people and our customers.
