852 women and 132 men responded our FlexCareers survey on pregnancy, parental leave and return to work experiences, and hundreds more brave women reached out to us to share their stories, many of whom have never returned to work because of how they were treated. ANZ Bank New Zealand increases paid parental leave to 26 weeks!
