“Following a successful move to fully-flexible working during the COVID-19 crisis, we found that the majority [of our people] preferred a combination of remote working and time in the office. We made the decision to embrace fully flexible working to enable our people to better balance their work and life commitments.

“Today, all of our people split their working days between the office and another location. Not only is it supporting our people’s wellbeing but delivering value for our clients as well. We asked our people to share how our approach to flexible working is going for them, and 99% said that it enables them to choose the environment that supports them to do their best work.”
