‘Reboot Your Confidence’ – A blog series authored by FlexCoaches Kate Wilkie and Debra Close

Rebooting your confidence: Find work that works

If you struggle with self-doubt that is getting in the way of you finding your ideal job, then this upcoming blog series is for you.

So many women don’t know where to start, fear they can’t compete with their outdated skills, don’t really know what they have to offer or how to stand out from the crowd. They’re certainly too scared to ask for the hours or conditions that will complement their family lives and often settle for second best, ending up not enjoying their jobs or reaching their potential.

At the heart of these fears, confusion and compromise is often a lack of confidence. This comes from not knowing which steps to take in what order, a lack of being able to articulate skills and talents, but also from our often sizeable and persistent inner critical voice.

Over this blog series, we will show you how to take this journey from self-doubt to self-belief. We will address the mindset and beliefs that are holding you back, and then plot out a practical step-wise approach to finding the perfect role for you.

We’re Positive Psychology coaches with a passion and expertise in helping mothers confidently return to work and enable work transitions. We help mums build self-awareness, best harness their strengths and talents and, develop confidence and resilience. We work with mums to build their roadmap for work that thrills and fulfils them.

Watch this space and let us help you reboot your confidence!
