As an inclusive and community-minded employer, Allianz gives all employees Community Service Leave and the opportunity to take Diversity Days, where you can apply to substitute a non-national public holiday in order to observe another recognised religious holiday.  Flexibility is offering within these programs to attend and support local school and charity events, as well as community service.
